The Club has 1 free fee (equal to the individual rate indicated) for every 20 people staying in the same hotel category booked with the Secretariat (including different hotels), considering Managers, Coaches, family and friends paying the full fee (the twenty-first person is entitled to the free fee).
We invite you to contact our Secretariat for activities not included in the fee.
We suggest having a valid passport for entry into the United States and acquiring your U.S. entry visa in good time through the ESTA process available on the website https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta

-) Balance by June 15, 2027.
Registration will be definitely accepted only after a written communication sent by the Secretary indicating the receipt of the balance
Refunds will be made according to the following cancellation rules:
– in case of cancellation received by email to the Secretariat within 15 days of the start date of the tournament, the Secretariat will refund 100% of the fee
– in case of cancellation received by email to the Secretariat within 7 days of the start date of the tournament, 50% of the fee will be refunded
– after this period, nothing will be refunded in the event of cancellation of the participation.
