Packages for teams and accompanying persons start at just xxx euros per person (includes hotel accommodation from Friday dinner to Monday breakfast + tournament registration).

The Club has 1 free fee (equal to the individual rate indicated) for every 18 people who stay in the same hotel category booked with the Secretariat (even IN different hotels), considering Managers, Coaches, relatives and friends paying the full fee (the nineteenth person is entitled to the free fee).
– individual registration and participation in the event;
– accommodation in three-bed rooms; double and single rooms are available at different rates;
– meals, including water at meals, starting from Friday dinner until breakfast on Monday;
– children aged between 0 and 2.99 are entitled to the free fee;
– children aged between 3 and 7.99 years, if staying in a room with 2 adults, are entitled to a 20% discount on the rate;
– souvenir gadget of the event;
– award for all participating teams.

Registration will be definitely accepted only after a written communication sent by the Secretary indicating the receipt of the balance
Refunds will be made according to the following cancellation rules:
– in case of cancellation received by email to the Secretariat within 15 days of the start date of the tournament, the Secretariat will refund 100% of the fee
– in case of cancellation received by email to the Secretariat within 7 days of the start date of the tournament, 50% of the fee will be refunded
– after this period, nothing will be refunded in the event of cancellation of the participation.
– Participants must report to the Tournament Secretariat by 14:00 on Friday; if it is not possible to reach the Secretariat by that time, you are invited to contact the Secretariat to communicate your arrival time
– Matches will begin on Friday at 15:00 and final matches will end early Monday afternoon;
– The hotels are located in the center of Montecatini Terme; the name of the assigned hotel will be communicated approximately one week before the start of the tournament.
– Teams without their own transportation can purchase the shuttle service for 15 euros per person; this service allows them to be transported from Montecatini Terme to facilities located outside the city of Montecatini Terme.
– Upon request, guided excursions are organized to Florence, Pisa, Vinci (Leonardo’s house museum), Collodi (Pinocchio Park), Lucca and Siena.
– Transportation to and from airports is organized upon request
