Packages for teams and relatives and friends start at just 230 euros per person (for 3 nights) or 255 euros (for 4 nights); (full buffet-style meals in Hotel + Tournament Registration included).

The Club has 1 free fee (equal to the individual rate indicated) for every 18 people staying in the same hotel category booked with the Secretariat (including different hotels), considering Managers, Coaches, family and friends paying the full fee (the nineteenth person will receive a free fee).

– accommodation in three-bed rooms; double and single rooms are available at different rates;
– meals,including water at meals, starting from Thursday lunch until breakfast on Sunday (in the case of the 4-night option, until breakfast on Monday), except for a different arrival time:
– children aged between 0 and 2.99 are entitled to the free fee;
– children aged between 3 and 7.99 years, if staying in a room with 2 adults, are entitled to a 20% discount on the rate;
– souvenir gadget of the event;
– award for all participating teams.

Registration will be definitely accepted only after a written communication sent by the Secretary indicating the receipt of the balance
Refunds will be made according to the following cancellation rules:
– in case of cancellation received by email to the Secretariat within 15 days of the start date of the tournament, the Secretariat will refund 100% of the fee
– in case of cancellation received by email to the Secretariat within 7 days of the start date of the tournament, 50% of the fee will be refunded
– after this period, nothing will be refunded in the event of cancellation of the participation.
– Participants must report to the Tournament Secretariat by 11:00 on Thursday; if it is not possible to reach the Secretariat by that time, you are invited to contact the Secretariat to communicate your arrival time
– Games will be played in Lloret de mar, Blanes, Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna and Palafolls
– The opening ceremony is scheduled for Thursday at 17:00, while the finals and closing ceremony are scheduled for late Sunday afternoon.
– The hotels are located in the center of Lloret de mar; the name of the assigned hotel will be communicated approximately one week before the start of the tournament.
– Teams without their own transportation can purchase the shuttle service for 25 euros per person; this service allows them to be transported from Lloret de mar to facilities located outside the city of Lloret de mar.
– We invite you to check low-costs flights from the main European cities to the airport of Gerona, located 30 km north of Lloret de mar, or to Barcelona, located 60 km. south of Lloret de mar.
– Upon request, Organizers can rent a bus for your transfer from and to airports
– Upon request, we organize tours to Barcelona, to the Dalì Museum in Figueres, Andorra, Montserrat, boat cruises on the Mediterranean Sea along Costa Brava and reservations for the main amusement water-parks around Lloret de Mar.
For each Referee proposed (subject to acceptance by the organizers), the Club will receive AN EXTRA DISCOUNT OF 50% ON 1 FEE
