Packages for teams and accompanying persons start at just xxx euros per person (includes hotel full-board accommodation + tournament registration).

The Club has 1 free fee (equal to the individual rate indicated) for every 18 people who stay in the same hotel category booked with the Secretariat (even IN different hotels), considering Managers, Coaches, relatives and friends paying the full fee (the nineteenth person is entitled to the free fee).

– accommodation in three-bed rooms; double and single rooms are available at different rates;
– meals, including water at meals, starting from Thursday dinner until breakfast on Sunday;
– children aged between 0 and 2.99 are entitled to the free fee;
– children aged between 3 and 7.99 years, if staying in a room with 2 adults, are entitled to a 20% discount on the rate;

Registration will be definitely accepted only after a written communication sent by the Secretary indicating the receipt of the balance
Refunds will be made according to the following cancellation rules:
– in case of cancellation received by email to the Secretariat within 15 days of the start date of the tournament, the Secretariat will refund 100% of the fee
– in case of cancellation received by email to the Secretariat within 7 days of the start date of the tournament, 50% of the fee will be refunded
– after this period, nothing will be refunded in the event of cancellation of the participation.
– Participants must report to the Tournament Secretariat by 11:00 on Thursday; if it is not possible to reach the Secretariat by that time, you are invited to contact the Secretariat to communicate your arrival time
– Opening Ceremony will take place on Thursday at 17:00 and final matches and Awards Ceemony will take place on Sunday late afternoon.
-Games will be played in Lloret de mar, Blanes, Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna and Palafolls.
– The hotels are located in the center of Lloret de mar; the name of the assigned hotel will be communicated approximately one week before the start of the tournament.
– Teams without their own transportation can purchase the shuttle service for 25 euros per person; this service allows them to be transported from Lloret de mar to facilities located outside the city of Lloret de mar.
– We invite you to check low-costs flights from the main European cities to the airport of Gerona, located 30 km north of Lloret de mar, or to Barcelona, located 60 km. south of Lloret de mar.
– Upon request, Organizers can rent a bus for your transfer from and to airports
– Upon request, we organize tours to Barcelona, to the Dalì Museum in Figueres, Andorra, Montserrat, boat cruises on the Mediterranean Sea along Costa Brava and reservations for the main amusement water-parks around Lloret de Mar.
