In case there should not be enough teams of the same age in a group, Organizers can join together teams from two group with maximum one year of difference.

Men and female players admitted in the same teams and women and men teams could compete in the same group.

INDIVIDUAL FARES valid for registrations after October 2nd, 2025

  • registration, participation fee with hotel cat. 3 stars: 408 euro (limited places)
  • registration, participation fee with hotel cat. 4 stars: 426 euro (limited places)


(*) COACHES AND MANAGERS:
1 person free-of-charge at the established fare for 4-stars hotel, for every 18 persons (including players, friends, relatives) paying the complete fare (the 19th person is free-of-charge) and lodging in the same category of hotel.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The payment must be completed as indicated:

  • First payment: 600 euro per every team before April 22nd, 2026;
  • Balance: before May 22nd, 2026

Registration will be definitely accepted only after a written communication sent by the Secretary indicating the receipt of the balance

CITY TAX (per day & per person – only for older than 16 years of age) to pay directly to your hotel upon your arrival:
– 2,64 Euro in Hotel cat 4 stars
– 1,32 Euro in Hotel cat 3 stars

INDICATED INDIVIDUAL FARES INCLUDE:

  • Individual registration and participation fee;
  • Lodging in rooms of three / four beds (double and single rooms are available at different fares);
  • 7 days lodgement with full board A BUFFET STYLE, including water, beginning with lunch on Sunday until breakfast on Saturday;
  • Children between 0 and 2,99 years of age are free-of-charge if they lodge with two adults in the same room;
  • Children from 3 to 7,99 years of age will receive a 20% discount if they lodge with two adults in the same room;
  • Gadget of the tournament for every participant;
  • Prizes for every team.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines of cancellations:

  • in case of cancellations submitted in writing to the Secretary at least 15 days before the tournament, the Organization will refund 100% of the fee;
  • in case of cancellations submitted in writing to the Secretary at least 7 days before the tournament, the Organization will refund 50% of the fee;
  • after this limit, nothing will be refunded.

Notes

  • All participants need to register at the Palasport El Molì in Lloret de Mar before 11:00 on Sunday; in case your schedule should be different, please inform the Secretary.
  • All Hotels are located in the center of Lloret de Mar and you can easily reach every gymnasium on foot, without any need of a bus; if, for reasons of force majeure, the match takes place on a field outside Lloret de mar, the organization will take charge of the transportation of maximum 18 persons.
  • We invite you to check low-costs flights from the main European cities to the airport of Gerona, located 30 km north of Lloret de mar, or to Barcelona, located 60 km. south of Lloret de mar.
  • Upon request, Organizers can rent a bus for your transfer from and to airports
  • Upon request, we organize tours to Barcelona, to the Dalì Museum in Figueres, Andorra, Montserrat, boat cruises on the Mediterranean Sea along Costa Brava and reservations for the main amusement water-parks around Lloret de Mar.

Each team is invited to bring a referee with them to officiate the games. The referee will lodge free-of-charge, full board included, with the Organization.

Every team traveling with its Referee, will receive an EXTRA 50% DISCOUNT on one regular fee
