INDIVIDUAL FARES

Fare to be determined upon request

(*) COACHES AND MANAGERS:
1 fee free-of-charge for every 20 persons (including players, friends, relatives) paying the complete fare (the 21st person is free-of-charge)

NO discounts for referees accompanying the team

The indicated fare includes:

  • Assistance of a Eurobasket guide on site;
  • Transfer from Boston or New York airport to Hartford on the day of arrival;
  • Hotel accommodation in Hartfore and New York City in rooms for 3 or 4 people: single or double rooms are available at different rates;
  • Meals: Hartford: half board / New York: room only;
    Individual registration and participation in the tournament in Hartford (Connecticut);
  • Transport from hotels to playing fields;
  • Transportation and entrance ticket to the Springfield Basketball Hall of Fame;
  • Transfer from Hartford to Hotel in New York City;
  • Transfer from the New York City Hotel to the airport on the day of departure;
  • Tournament gadgets.

(*) the price does NOT include

  • Your round-trip flight from your home country to the United States
  • Trips to Boston, Downtown Manhattan, the tour to the Statue of Liberty and transportation and tickets to WNBA games and excursions of your choice.

Each team is invited to bring a referee with them to officiate the games. The referee will lodge free-of-charge, full board included, with the Organization.

Every team traveling with its Referee, will receive an EXTRA 50% DISCOUNT on one regular fee
